A Tennessee man is facing serious legal trouble after a car accident claimed the life of another driver. Law enforcement alleges that drugs may have played a role in the crash, and the man has been charged with aggravated vehicular homicide. The defendant turned himself into authorities after an arrest warrant was put out.

The defendant was driving along Blue Springs Parkway when he reportedly swerved into the lane of oncoming traffic, colliding with a van with three occupants. The driver of the van died at the scene of the accident, and the other two people sustained injuries in the crash.
