The loss of a family member, friend or other loved one can be devastating. It was reported that one person was recently charged in relation to a fatal car accident that took place in Tennessee in 2017. Apparently, a 21-year-old man was driving a vehicle when he reportedly lost control. There were at least three passengers in the vehicle with the driver, and all four occupants were thrown from the SUV when it rolled over in the crash.

One of the passengers ended up pinned underneath the vehicle, and he later succumbed to the injuries he suffered. The two other passengers suffered injuries that were considered critical. The report indicated that the driver was traveling at a high rate of speed at the time of the accident. That man was recently charged with vehicular homicide and aggravated assault. He was still in custody on a $10,000 bond at the time of the report.
