A Tennessee driver finds himself in serious legal trouble after he is said to have fled from a traffic stop. The man has been charged with drunk driving and felony counts of evading arrest. According to his criminal records, this is his third DUI charge and the fourth time he has been charged with driving with a revoked license. He is also facing charges that include possession of stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal impersonation.

The man was arrested after he fled from Tennessee law enforcement officials. A police officer attempted to pull him over, but according to the report, the driver fled from the scene. He was pursued by the police officer with the siren and the lights engaged. The man apparently jumped from the moving vehicle, which then hit several fences and a tree.

Police accounts indicate that the man was demonstrating signs of intoxication, including slurred speech. He allegedly admitted to taking prescription medication that would have impacted his driving performance, as well as using methamphetamine within the previous 24 hours. There were items discovered in his car that could be considered drug paraphernalia, including syringes and a glass pipe.
