The incident resulted in both the man and woman being taken into custody. The 36-year-old woman is facing charges for possession of methamphetamine, hydrocodone, Valium and marijuana — all with the intent to resell. The 38-year-old man is facing the same possession with intent to resell allegations along with possession of a firearm in the commission of a dangerous felony and other related charges. It was noted that two children in the home were being attended to by the Department of Children’s Services.

The man and woman accused in this case will certainly want to mitigate the potentially negative outcomes of the drug charges as best as possible.
