Recently, a rock musician has been accused of having caused a fatal car accident in Tennessee. The musician in question is 3 Doors Down bassist Todd Harrell.

Reportedly, last Friday, Harrell was driving a car along an interstate in Nashville. Allegedly, Harrell then clipped a pickup truck. This impact reportedly caused the pickup truck to go out of control. The driver of the pickup truck died as a result of this motor vehicle accident.

Harrell has been accused of having been under the influence of drugs and alcohol at the time of the accident. It has also been alleged that he was speeding.

Harrell was placed under arrest after the accident. He has since made bail and been released. He faces multiple criminal charges. One of the charges he is facing is a charge of vehicular homicide by intoxication.

As this case illustrates, being accused of having been involved in a DUI accident that resulted in someone’s death can lead to a person facing major criminal charges.

All individuals who are accused of DUI-related crimes, regardless of who they are, have the right to a fair trial. It is very important that nothing is allowed to seep into a trial which could cause the trial to be unfair to a defendant. One thing that can compromise a trial’s fairness is jury bias. There are many different types of unfair biases a jury member could potentially harbor. One such type is fame bias.

Unfair jury bias can be a very harmful thing and it is very important to keep it out of the courts. Thus, it is very important to keep an eye out for potential biases during the jury selection process.
